Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
📦 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
For the return address, please send us an SMS at +1 (917) 795 8597 and we’ll provide the appropriate return location.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales.agomora@aegisecom.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days no questions asked.
The item must still be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
